The Moebe frame consists of two pieces of transparent acrylic, four lists in black powder-coated aluminium and a rubber band that holds the frame together and also serves as the point of hanging the frame on the wall. The simple but clever construction allows the frame to be hung horizontally, vertically, or viewed from both sides.
The transparency of the Moebe frame makes it multifunctional: Frames in sizes A3 and A2 will not only hold art prints of these sizes but can also be used to display them in smaller sizes. An A4 art print framed in an A3 Moebe frame will for instance result in a transparent passe-partout effect, creating extra depth and dimension to your art pieces.
